2 cups cooked Whole Wheat Couscous
3 cups Kale, de-stemmed and shredded
1/2 Grapefruit, cut into pieces
1/2 Avocado, pitted, peeled, & sliced
1/4 cup crumbled Feta or Gorgonzola
1 Tsp Lemon Zest
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
Salt & Pepper to Taste
