These delicious energy bars were adapted from Danielle Omar’s Apricot Orange Energy Bars. To tailor the recipe to our taste buds and give it a twist, we omitted the pecans and orange accents and traded them in for tart, dried cherries and coconut. We chose the unsweetened, options for both, of course, to avoid added sugars. The adjusted recipe was just as simple and delicious!
